What's your favourite Crossfit memory? 

In Crossfit, the feeling the body is completely exhausted, but you can still find that mental place where you feeling, “I am f****** immortal now.”

What challenges have you overcome along the way? 

Finding a strong mental platform in everything I do! It takes time, but I'm getting better in everything I do. 

Who inspires you? 

My father! He's an amazing man on so many levels.

Do you have any favourite quotes or words you like? 

“Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.” 

What is your ultimate goal or motivator? 

I've always had a drive to get really good at something but have not really known what my "thing" is, then I found Crossfit!

How do you measure your success? 

Success for me is measured by the community! I want to reach my goals by learning from other great people who in turn can share their experiences. I never think I reached a goal without the others who have been part of it.  

What's your why? 

The feeling of inspiration, whatever that may mean…different! But something I always look for.
