What is the biggest challenge you've faced along your journey?

CrossFit is a very complex sport, with so many things to learn. My biggest challenge has definitely been Double Unders. It's extremely frustrating being an adult male, jumping rope, and not being able to do what you want. But like with everything, practice leads to perfection.

Who or what is your biggest inspiration?

I really don't think I have a specific person or thing that is my inspiration. It's mainly my own journey, learning new things, every day, becoming a little bit better at what I do.

What is your best strength?

My curiosity, the will to learn.

What is your ultimate goal or motivator?

I have set clear weightlifting goals, but the ultimate goal and motivator is I want to feel strong, physically and mentally.

What's your why?

The hunt and pursuit of becoming the best as I can possibly be, in everything I do.
