Kotobukiya Star Wars: C-3po & R2-D2 Art Fx Statue

C-3PO is a character from the fictional Star Wars universe, created by Anakin Skywalker circa 32 BBY, for "human-cyborg relations." He is a protocol droid - an android specifically designed to interact with organics - with a very proper manner and Received Pronunciation when speaking in English. He never tires of mentioning that he is "fluent in over six million forms of communication." He is portrayed by actor Anthony Daniels. R2-D2 ("Artoo"), is an astromech droid and counterpart to C-3PO. R2-D2 was played by Kenny Baker in all six Star Wars films, with many scenes filmed using mechanical and computer-generated imagery (CGI) versions of the character. R2 is the only character to appear in all six Star Wars films without changes to appearance or speech. Along with his resourcefulness, R2 had many tool-tipped appendages that allowed him to be a great starship mechanic and computer interface specialist. R2 would often enter dangerous situations without second thought. This adventurous streak has saved the day on numerous occasions, often turning the tide of galactic history. Kotobukiya's attention to detail shows in this highly-detailed sculpt. R2-D2 has alternate parts allowing him to be posed either upright on two legs or leaning back on all three legs. C-3PO's arms are posable and include your choice of hands for a wide variety of display options. Can be displayed with the Stormtrooper 2-pack to recreate the Death Star Control room scene from Star Wars A New Hope, or other Star Wars ArtFX+ statues.
