This tea is from the home of white teas, Fujian's Fu Ding county. Bai Hao Yin Zhen is hand-plucked in the first two weeks of March and made using century old techniques. It is also recommended as an efficacious remedy for the hives. Brewing Instructions: 1. Loose-leaf teas are best brewed using a teapot and strainer or stainless steel mesh tea ball. 2. If using a tea ball allow room for tea leaf expansion by using one at least 2 inches in diameter for one 8 oz. cup. Use 2 tsp. of tea to brew one 8 oz. cup. 3. Bring water to boil, remove from heat for 2-3 minutes. Water should be at 165-175 degrees. 4. Brewing white teas at temperatures slightly less than boiling brings out the subtleties and sweetness.
